Translate the invoice download popup for each language
When a customer downloads an invoice from their account, Invoice Falcon shows a small popup with a title, a download button, a "ready" message, and a close button. You can now translate that popup text for each language you support, so every shopper sees it in their own language.
When a customer opens their account, Invoice Falcon shows the wording that matches their store language automatically. If you have not added a translation for a customer's language, it falls back to your default text, so nothing breaks for your existing setup.
Before you start
You need the Download invoice button set up in your Customer Accounts first. If you have not done that yet, set it up on the same Integrations tab, then come back to add translations.
How to add a translation
- In Invoice Falcon, go to Settings.
- Open the Integrations tab.
- Find the Customer account invoice translations section.

- Under Add a language, choose a language from the list and click Add.

- Fill in the four fields for that language:
- Invoice title
- Download button text
- Invoice ready message
- Close button text
- Click Save for that language.

Repeat for every language you want to support. Each language you add gets its own block with its own Save button, so you can add and update them one at a time.
To remove a language, click Remove on its block.

Good to know
- Blank fields fall back to your default. Any field you leave empty uses the default text configured on the extension, so a partial translation is fine.
- Add a language per market. Add one for each market you sell to, so every shopper sees clear, localized wording.
- Manage these in Invoice Falcon, not Translate & Adapt. This popup text is an Invoice Falcon app setting, not a Shopify translatable resource, so you edit it here rather than in Shopify's Translate & Adapt.
FAQ
Q: Which language does a customer see?
A: The one matching their store language. Invoice Falcon picks the translation for that language automatically.
Q: What if I have not translated a customer's language?
A: They see your default text. Nothing breaks, and you can add the missing language whenever you like.
Q: Do I have to translate every field?
A: No. Any field you leave blank falls back to the default text, so you can translate only the parts you want.
Q: Where did my old single-language wording go?
A: It becomes your default text, which is what customers see when there is no translation for their language.
