Customizing your supplier address in Invoice Falcon ensures your invoices display the correct legal name, registered office, tax ID, and contact details — building trust and supporting tax compliance.

Where Your Supplier Address Comes From

Invoice Falcon builds the supplier address from two sources: your Shopify store profile and settings you configure inside the app.

Fields from Your Shopify Store Profile

The following details are automatically pulled from your Shopify store and displayed on invoices:

Store name — shown in bold at the top of the supplier address block
Address Line 1 — your primary street address
Address Line 2 — optional second line (suite, floor, building)
City, Province — displayed on one line separated by a comma
Country, ZIP code — displayed on one line separated by a dash
Email address — shown with an envelope icon
Phone number — shown with a phone icon

To update these fields, go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Store details and edit your business address. Invoice Falcon picks up the changes automatically on the next invoice.

How to Edit Invoices Directly

When you want to make a quick edit to an order or draft order invoice, you can now change its details directly — no regeneration required. Instead of changing the order in Shopify and regenerating the document, open the invoice, click into a field, type your change, and save. Your edits are stored on that specific invoice, so they stay put until you change them.

This is ideal for one-off corrections — a customer's address, a payment term, an invoice date — without touching the original Shopify order.

What You Can Edit

What This Feature Does

Invoice Falcon generates a small HTML code snippet that you paste into your Shopify order notification template. Here is how it works behind the scenes.

The code adds a clickable link (styled as a heading) to your order confirmation email with customizable text such as "Download Invoice."
When a customer clicks the link, Invoice Falcon automatically generates the PDF invoice for that order and delivers it as a direct download.
The link uses Shopify's built-in email variables ({{ id }} and {{ order_number }}) so it dynamically points to the correct invoice for each order.
If the invoice has not been generated yet, Invoice Falcon creates it on-the-fly when the customer clicks the link.

Invoice Falcon includes a default packing slip template that is ready to use from the moment you install the app. Unlike an invoice, the packing slip focuses on what to pack — item names, quantities, and shipping details — without displaying prices or payment information.

What the Default Packing Slip Template Includes

The default packing slip template is automatically created when you first set up Invoice Falcon. It is designed for fulfillment workflows and contains the following sections from top to bottom.

Logo — your store logo is displayed on the left side. You can enable or disable the logo and adjust its width from the Visual Editor.
Packing Slip title — the text "PACKING SLIP" appears in bold on the right side, styled in your store's accent color. Below it, your supplier address is listed (store name, business name, street address, city, country, tax ID, email, and phone number).

How to Cancel or Downgrade Your Invoice Falcon Plan

If you no longer need a paid Invoice Falcon plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time by switching to the Free plan. Both plans are shown on the Plans page in the Invoice Falcon app. When you cancel your subscription or downgrade to the free plan, the change takes effect immediately and you will not be charged for the previous plan going forward. All your invoices, templates, and settings are preserved.

Why You Might Cancel or Downgrade

There are several reasons to cancel or downgrade your Invoice Falcon plan.

Budget changes. You may need to cut costs temporarily and the free plan provides enough functionality for your current needs.
Lower usage than expected. If you are processing fewer than 50 orders per month, the free plan covers your usage at no cost.
Seasonal needs. Some stores only need unlimited orders during peak seasons and can operate on the free plan during quieter periods

How to manage your invoice templates dashboard in Invoice Falcon

The templates dashboard in Invoice Falcon is where you manage all your invoice templates. From this page you can create new templates, edit existing ones, delete templates you no longer need, and set which template is used by default for orders and draft orders. Each template can be customized with its own logo, colors, layout, and content through the template editor.

Open the Invoice Falcon app from your Shopify Admin.
Click Templates in the left navigation menu.

The Manage templates page displays a table listing all your templates with the following columns:

Name — the template name (e.g., "Template 5", "QUOTE", "Default invoice").
Default for — shows which order type this template is the default for. Possible values are Orders, Draft orders, or None.
Last modified — shows when the template was last updated (e.g., "1 hour ago", "Apr 22, 2026").
Edit and Delete — action buttons on the right side of each row.
