Invoice Falcon has two plans — Free and Pro. Every feature is available on both plans. The only difference is how many invoices you can generate each month. The Free plan covers up to 50 invoices per month at no cost, while the Pro plan removes the limit entirely for $15 per month with a 14-day free trial.

How to View and Change Your Plan
- Open Invoice Falcon from your Shopify Admin.
- Click Plans in the left-hand navigation menu. Both plans are displayed side by side. Your current plan shows a "Current plan" indicator.
- Click the Subscribe button on the plan you want to switch to.
- Click Approve on Shopify's billing confirmation page.
- You are redirected back to Invoice Falcon with your new plan active.

Free Plan Invoice Limit
When you reach 50 invoices in a billing cycle on the Free plan, invoice generation pauses until the next cycle. There are no overage charges — you are never billed unexpectedly. A banner on your dashboard always shows your current usage count and when the cycle resets.

To remove the limit at any time, upgrade to Pro from the Plans page.
Migrating from a Previous Plan
If you were on a previous Invoice Falcon plan (Pay as you go, Business, or any legacy plan), your account has already been mapped automatically. Previous free or usage-based plans are now on Free, and previous paid subscriptions are now on Pro. All invoices, templates, and settings have been preserved.
Known Limitations
- Plan changes must be made from the Plans page inside the app, not from Shopify's billing page.
- The 14-day free trial is available only once. Re-subscribing to Pro does not reset the trial.
- On the Free plan, invoice generation pauses at 50 invoices per cycle. There are no overage charges.
- Free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook) cannot be used as a custom sender address due to DKIM restrictions. Use an email from your own domain.
- No annual billing or volume discounts. Both plans are billed monthly through Shopify.
- Plan changes take effect immediately. There is no way to schedule a future plan change.
- The 50-invoice limit counts unique invoices only. Reprints and resends do not count.
- All data (invoices, templates, settings) is preserved when switching plans.
